• توضیحات: خیابان بشیری | ۲۱ مهر ۱۳۹۶ و ۱۲ بهمن ۱۴۰۴بنای خیابان بشیری که امروز با کاربری مدرسه مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد، از جمله بناهایی است که جزئیات معماری قابل‌توجهی در خود دارد و شاید در سال‌های آینده، با شناخت و مطالعه بیشتر، نام معماران آن نیز در میان معماران صاحب‌سبک تاریخ معماری معاصر ایران قرار گیرد.ورودی با طراحی منحصربه‌فرد آرت‌دکو، قاب‌گیری پیرامون پنجره‌ها، تنوع ابعاد بازشوها و الگوی تکرارشونده حفاظ پنجره‌ها، از جمله عناصر قابل مطالعه در این بنا هستند.با این حال، آنچه در سال‌های مختلف بر بنا گذشته، نمونه‌ای تأسف‌بار از مداخلاتی است که با عنوان رسیدگی و نگهداری انجام می‌شوند، اما نه‌تنها به بهبود بنا کمکی نمی‌کنند، بلکه به تدریج از ارزش‌های معماری آن می‌کاهند؛ از رنگ‌آمیزی‌های نامتناسب و مخدوش‌کننده گرفته تا تغییر ابعاد یا مسدود کردن بازشوها.این مداخلات، ضرورت وجود اصول و چارچوب‌های روشن برای نگهداری، پیرایش جداره‌ها و نحوه مداخله در بناهای معماری مدرن را یادآور می‌شوند. بی‌توجهی به این موضوع، در نهایت تنها آسیب به یک ساختمان نیست؛ بخشی از تاریخ معماری و شهرسازی معاصر است که در جریان تغییرات روزمره شهری در معرض از دست رفتن قرار می‌گیرد.

  Bashiri Street | October 13, 2017 and February  1, 2026The building on Bashiri Street, currently used as a school, contains a number of noteworthy architectural details. With further research and documentation, its architects may perhaps eventually be recognized among the influential figures of contemporary Iranian architectural history.Its distinctive Art Deco entrance, the framing around the windows, the variety of window dimensions, and the repeated pattern of the window grilles are among the elements that make the building particularly worthy of study.At the same time, the interventions carried out over the years in the name of maintenance are a cause for concern. Rather than improving the building, some of these interventions have diminished its architectural character—from inappropriate and visually disruptive painting to altering the dimensions of openings or blocking them altogether.Such interventions highlight the need for clear principles and guidelines for the maintenance of modern architectural heritage, including the treatment of façades and appropriate forms of intervention. Neglecting this issue does not simply damage a building; it puts part of the history of modern architecture and urban development at risk of being lost through everyday changes to the city.
