• توضیحات: سه بخش در خصوص این بنا قابل توجه است

بخش اول | معماری  بنااین بنا در محدوده شمالی شهر تهران قرار دارد. نحوه به‌کارگیری عناصر معماری در شکل‌دادن به حجم و نمای بنا، در کنار جزئیات اجرایی آن، از ویژگی‌های قابل توجه این ساختمان است. بخش دوم | تاریخ شهری و مسئله نام معابر نکته قابل‌توجه‌تر، از منظر تاریخ شهری و امکان مطالعه دقیق محدوده‌های شهر باشد؛ موضوعی که همواره بر آن تأکید داشته‌ایم.تغییر مکرر نام معابر و عدم تطابق نام آنها در نقشه‌ها و منابع مختلف، یکی از مشکلات جدی در مطالعه و بازشناسی بافت تاریخی شهر است. این مسئله امکان تطبیق دقیق موقعیت بناها با اسناد و نقشه‌های تاریخی را دشوار می‌کند و نمونه‌ای از آن را می‌توان در موقعیت این بنا مشاهده کرد. بخش سوم | «باغ ژیلا» یا «باغ ویلا» «باغ ژیلا» نامی است که امروز بر تابلوی کوچه دیده می‌شود؛ اما همین معبر در نقشه تهران، که یکی از منابع آنلاین مورد استفاده برای شناسایی و بررسی موقعیت بناهاست، با عنوان «باغ ویلا» ثبت شده است. در مقابل، در نقشه بلد، نام «باغ ژیلا» درج شده است.اختلاف‌هایی از این دست ممکن است در نگاه نخست جزئی به نظر برسند، اما در مطالعات شهری و تاریخی پیامدهای مهمی دارند. وقتی نام یک معبر در منابع مختلف یکسان نیست، تطبیق بنا با اسناد، نقشه‌ها و اطلاعات تاریخی آن دشوار می‌شود و زنجیره شناخت و مستندسازی شهر را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد. چنین ناهماهنگی‌هایی در نهایت می‌توانند به شکل‌گیری و بازتولید خطاهای دانشی در مطالعات شهری منجر شوند.

 

This building is located in the northern part of Tehran. The way architectural elements are employed to shape and articulate its volume and façade, together with its construction details, is one of its notable features. Perhaps more significant, however, is the issue from the perspective of urban history and the possibility of accurately studying different parts of the city—an issue we have repeatedly emphasized.The frequent renaming of streets and inconsistencies between their names across different maps and sources are serious challenges in studying and reconstructing the historical fabric of the city. Such discrepancies make it difficult to accurately cross-reference buildings with historical documents and maps. An example of this can be found in the location of this building. Bagh Zhila” is the name currently displayed on the street sign. However, the same street is identified as “Bagh Villa” on Naghشه Tehran, one of the online map sources used to identify and study the location of buildings. In contrast, the name “Bagh Zhila” is correctly shown on Balad.Discrepancies of this kind may initially appear minor, but they can have significant consequences for urban and historical research. When a street is identified by different names across various sources, cross-referencing a building with its historical documents, maps, and records becomes more difficult, affecting the process of understanding and documenting the city. Such inconsistencies can ultimately lead to the formation and reproduction of errors in urban knowledge
