• توضیحات: این بنا در محدوده شمالی شهر تهران قرار دارد و از نمونه‌هایی است که در معماری آن، تلفیقی متناسب میان آرایه‌ها و الگوهای آشنای معماری ایرانی و تجربه‌های معماری نوین زمان خود شکل گرفته است.

در این بنا، سازه نمایان در کنار آجر قرار گرفته؛ ترکیبی که در آن آجر، به‌عنوان یکی از مصالح ریشه‌دار در معماری ایران، در کنار بیان صریح سازه، تصویری از هم‌نشینی سنت و تجربه‌های نوین معماری ارائه می‌دهد. جزئیات دیواره‌های بنا و همچنین نحوه مواجهه با طبیعت از دیگر ویژگی‌های قابل مطالعه آن است. توجه به درختان موجود در محوطه و تلاش برای حفظ حضور و شخصیت آنها در ترکیب معماری، نشان‌دهنده رویکردی است که فضای سبز را نه صرفاً به‌عنوان عنصری تزئینی، بلکه به‌عنوان بخشی از تجربه و هویت بنا در نظر گرفته است.در خصوص انتشار نام بنا هنوز مستنداتی به دست نیامده است.

 

  This building is located in the northern part of Tehran and represents a thoughtful combination of familiar elements and patterns from Iranian architecture with the architectural experiments of its time. The exposed structural elements alongside brickwork are particularly notable. Here, brick, as one of the deeply rooted materials of Iranian architecture, is placed alongside an explicit structural expression, creating a dialogue between architectural tradition and modern experimentation. The details of the building’s walls and its relationship with nature are also worthy of study. The attention given to the existing trees and the effort to preserve their presence and character within the architectural composition suggest an approach in which landscape is considered not merely decorative, but as an integral part of the building’s identity and spatial experience.
