Celebrating World Art Deco Day

To mark World Art Deco Day, the inaugural event of the highly anticipated “Tehran Deco” series was successfully launched.

Tracing the Roots of Tehran’s Art Deco

The mission for this first gathering was to discover and highlight urban spaces in Tehran that boast a rich and prominent Art Deco architectural heritage. Consequently, the program ventured into the historic Lalehzar and Saadi streets. These two iconic avenues are widely recognized as the true birthplaces of the Art Deco movement within Tehran’s urban and architectural landscape.
